1. Overview
    This policy sets out the terms for online bookings, payments, cancellations, and service delivery for Twala Admin Co.
2. Bookings
•    All services must be booked via Twala Admin Co’s official booking platform or approved channels.
•    Bookings are only confirmed once approved and, where applicable, payment has been received.
•    Clients are responsible for providing accurate information.
3. Consultations & Payments
•    Initial consultation bookings are free of charge.
•    Fees apply only once a client confirms and books services after consultation.
•    Fees may be once-off, hourly, or retainer-based and will be communicated at confirmation.
•    Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe. Late payment may result in service suspension.
•    All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations
•    Cancellations must be made in writing via email or the booking platform.
•    Consultation bookings may be cancelled at no cost.
•    Cancellation charges for confirmed work bookings:
o    More than 48 hours before start: No charge
o    24–48 hours before start: 30% of the agreed fee
o    Less than 24 hours before start or no-show: 50% of the agreed fee
•    Any work completed prior to cancellation will be billed.
5. Rescheduling
•    Rescheduling is subject to availability.
•    Requests made more than 24 hours in advance are free.
•    Requests made less than 24 hours before start may be treated as a late cancellation.
6. Refunds
•    Refunds are not guaranteed.
•    No refunds are issued for work already completed, late cancellations, or no-shows.
7. Confidentiality
All client information is kept confidential and used only for service delivery, unless required by law.
8. Right to Refuse Services
Twala Admin Co reserves the right to refuse or terminate services due to non-payment, abusive behaviour, or work outside the agreed scope.

This policy may be updated at any time.
